Replacement Handset Protection
Designed to provide more than just an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty with the intention of providing the user with peace of mind against loss of usage against wider perils than just mechanical failure. The handset will either be repaired or replaced.
Covered Items:
Wireless telephones; Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) and related standard equipment owned by the Customer and actively registered on a Communication service Provider’s wireless network.
Covered Product is limited to one telephone, one standard battery and one standard home charger that has been in service for no more than three (3) months since being new.
Limits of Liability
- $1,000 per covered item, less the applicable deductible for replacement due to Loss or damage.
- A maximum of three (3) replacements for Failure.
